PRIVACY POLICY
This policy sets out how Fiona Heath protects any information you give. I am committed to ensuring your privacy is protected. Any information requested will only be used in accordance with this statement. I may collect the following information:
Name, address, telephone number, email address, occupation
Other relevant information to help me to help you. This will include a medical history and personal/confidential details, which you have freely given.
I am committed to ensuring your information is secure. I have put in place suitable physical and electronic procedures to safeguard and secure the information collected on line and in hard copy. My computer is password protected and uses the highest level of on-line security. It is not advised that very personal information is communicated via e-mail. Hard copies are kept under lock and key. Your information will not be shared with any third parties, unless your permission has been obtained, or I am required by law to do so. You will not receive any unsolicited advertising material.
You may request details of personal information I hold about you under the Data Protection Act of 1998 and the new GDPR regulation of 25.5.18.
If you believe any information I hold on you is incorrect or incomplete, please write or email. You may also request any information held to be destroyed.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Fees - these will be confirmed in writing on booking.
A £50 non returnable deposit is requested at the time of booking and then full payment made on attendance of the course. Payment can be made by cash, cheque or via bank transfer.
Cancellation Policy
I will endeavour to give as much advance notice as possible in terms of holidays, illness or of any need to cancel a future course.
Code of Ethics
Fiona Heath is registered and insured. My governing body is The UK Reiki Federation and all work undertaken, including confidentiality, will comply with the Federation's Code of Ethics. This document can be found on The UK Reiki Federation's website. My insurance is through The Federation of Holistic Therapists.
